1. Cancellation Terms: I specify the cancellation policy, including how much advance  notice  is  required  to cancel  a booking and  whether there  are  any cancellation fees.
2. Preparation Requirements: I detail what kind of physical preparation or specific skills are required from the client before  participating  in  an  expedition with you.
3. Client Responsibilities: I clearly explain what the client’s responsibilities are during the expedition, such as following your instructions, staying safe, and  bringing appropriate equipment.
4. Liability Limits: I clearly establish the limits of your liability as a guide, especially in unforeseen circumstances or force majeure situations.
5. Provided Equipment: I indicate what equipment you will provide as part of your services and what equipment clients are expected to bring themselves.
6. Insurance: I recommend or require clients to have adequate insurance covering high mountain activities and rescue in case of emergencies.
