The consumer must pay the 50% of the entire cost of the service reservation. And the balance must be deposited up to 24 hours before the service is provides. Once each deposit has been made, customer please send the corresponding voucher via email.

- THE RATES AND CURRENCIES
- Rates in Nuevo Sole (Peruvian currency) and/or USD dollars are legally valid of booking, unless otherwise stated in the package. The total price can alter according on the inflationary index ( VAT is included ).
- Peruvians, residents, and foreigners are all subject to the same rate.
- PRICES FOR CHILDREN, ELDERLY PEOPLE OVER THE AGE OF 65, AND THOSE WITH SPECIAL SKILLS.
- There is no charge for children under 5 years old.
- Children over 5 years old but not over 10 years old are available for a 10% discount.
- People over the age of 65 are available for a 25% discount
- People with special skills are available for a 50% discount
- RESERVATIONS:
- All reservations must be confirmed by request through our email info@mountain-happiness.com and contact will be established by email or telephone to coordinate details.
- CLIENT should provide the following information in their email when requesting confirmation of services: All travelers’ full names.
- Identification number.
- Language and nationality
- Age (in the case of children, if any)
- Dates of departure and arrival
- Passenger’s cell phone number
- Code and type of package requested.
- Code and package type are both required.
- Bus company and/or the airline name (departure time and expected time of arrival)
- Hotel and room type preferences.
- Information on any further services that may be requested (not included in our program).
- Any medical issues or other requirements
- RESPONSIBILITIES

- HUARAZ – SUIZA PERUANA is responsible for complying with the entire itinerary detailed in the tourist package, including all the services detailed in it. The company is not responsible for any interruptions in the regular development of the package caused by force majeure events beyond our control, such as weather, political, or social issues, strikes and/or protests, and so on.
- HUARAZ – Suiza Peruana is committed to delivering excellent service and CUSTOMER satisfaction.
- HUARAZ – SUIZA PERUNA has the right to change the program if it is necessary for valid reasons, but always thinking about the CLIENT’s satisfaction.
- HUARAZ – SUIZA PERUANA will issue the corresponding billing for the service provided to the CLIENT and it will be delivered in a timely manner.
- The CLIENT is personally responsible for his or her luggage, jewelry, and personal belongings.
- MODIFICATIONS
- Our business reserves the right to change the order of the excursions if it is considered absolutely necessary for the service’s safety or better service.
- CANCELLATIONS, PENALTIES, RETURNS
- Cancellations of a reservation already confirmed must be made 15 days in advance to avoid the payment of a “NO SHOW” (100% of the service) in the case of holidays and long weekends.
- Cancellations (service cancellations) must be made by phone and confirmed by email to christiansilva638@gmail.com at least 7 days in advance before the service begins. For management and administrative fees, our company will deduct 50% of the prepayment amount.
- If a CLIENT cancels after 7 days of starting the program, the agency will consider them a “NO SHOW” and will not issue a refund.
- The CLIENT will not be reimbursed for services that are not used voluntarily, due to illness, accidents, or other reasons, on the scheduled date and time, nor can they be used at another time.
- If the CLIENT voluntarily renounces the use of the contracted program it will be considered that they do not have the right to any type of reimbursement.
- Suspensions are valid for 3 months from the original reservation date, under the same conditions and at the current rate.
